Head of Multinational & Network Management, Asia Pacific & India, AIG

Tony has responsibility for leading all aspects of AIG’s Multinational, Fronting Captive Management business & Network Management across Asia Pacific. He is also AIG Multinational’s senior executive within the region.

AIG Multinational operates throughout the AIG network as a unified business focused on harnessing the deep underwriting and service expertise of AIG globally to deliver seamless cross border Multinational, Fronting and/or Captive Management solutions and service.

Tony also serves as Supervisor on AIG China’s Board of Directors.
Lisa Sun
CEO, AIG China

With more than 20 years of experience in markets of varying maturity and geographic locations, Lisa heads our AIG China team, the largest wholly-owned foreign P&C insurance company in the country, and works closely with our regional partners to execute mutually beneficial initiatives that support Chinese investments and projects.

Prior to joining AIG, Lisa held key positions at Mercer, Marsh & McLennan Companies, and Zurich covering a number of Asian markets and led a number of country and regional initiatives to growth and success.

Adrian has been the Asia Pacific Head of AIG’s Kidnap and Ransom insurance portfolio since September 2017. Prior to this, he began his career in insurance with AIG in 2014 when he joined as a Financial Lines Underwriter for the Melbourne business. In his current position he is responsible for a team of over 60 staff in 15 countries throughout the region.
Brian Botkin
Global Head of Multinational, Financial Lines, AIG

Joining AIG in 1994, Brian is responsible for providing leadership and strategic vision for multinational placements within Financial Lines, globally.  In addition, Brian and his team are responsible for the design and execution of multinational program structures for clients of all sizes and in all industries.
Brian Grabek
Multinational Head of Network Management, AIG Global

Brian was named Multinational Head of Network Management in 2017. In this role, he oversees the management of AIG’s global network and is responsible for building relationships with a network of strategic partners. Brian splits his time between New York City and his home in Albany.

From 2015 to early 2017 Brian served as Head of Multinational for North America.
Catherine Mak
Regional Account Director – Greater China Assistance Services, AIG Travel Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.

Catherine has over 13 years’ experience in the emergency assistance industry including 5 years front line medical operations in the Greater China region.  

Since joining in June 2010, Catherine has played a key role in on the ground assistance and received significant acknowledgement from government authorities in numerous high-profile cases.
Jason Kelly
Head of International Financial Lines, AIG

With nearly 20 years’ experience across the globe, Jason has worked extensively across a variety of portfolios under Financial Services including the technology D&O portfolio in the AIG San Francisco office and International D&O based in London.

Moving to Asia in 2009, Jason currently manages all Financial Lines products outside of North America including financial institutions, cyber liability, professional indemnity and construction PI.
Jill Dixon
Head of Global Governance, Multinational Network Partner Practice, AIG

Jill drives the implementation of a streamlined Network Partner process experience globally collaborating across AIG to ensure both internal and external customers are  supported with stronger technology, simplified processes and robust status tracking.

In addition she is leading an AIG Multinational Money Movement initiative focused on increasing transparency, creating efficiencies and expediting movement of the cash settlement process.
Katy Mountain
Commercial Marketing Lead, APAC, AIG

Katy is responsible for the development and implementation of the Commercial Marketing Strategy across Asia Pacific. In close collaboration with Senior Leadership, CBE and Product Heads, marketing objectives are aligned to GI business goals resulting in the delivery of impactful marketing initiatives across the region.

Katy has over a decade of experience in financial services Marketing and Communications with a distinguished career across B2B and B2C. Prior to AIG, Katy held positions at HSBC, Barclays, Zurich and agency side. She has international expertise in both mature and emerging markets gained through working in regional offices across Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
Lisa Boon
Multinational Lead, Global Marine, AIG

Lisa Boon has worked in the marine insurance industry for over 25 years, including 13 for AIG specializing in marine multinational programs.

In her current role as Global Marine’s Multinational Lead, she is responsible for the design and execution of marine’s multinational growth strategies. This includes enhancing the team’s multinational skills through training and development; promoting adoption of the various tools developed to support delivery of Multinational’s value proposition; and executing targeted growth strategies with our global business partners.
Matt Hoare
Head of Multinational & Network Partner Practice for Middle East & Africa (MEA), AIG

Matt is responsible for the leadership and direction of AIG’s Multinational business across MEA. This includes executing AIG’s strategic Multinational vision, growth plans and value proposition across the full spectrum of General Insurance products, ensuring expert design and management of our global fronting and multinational programs, while delivering contract certainty and world-class service to our clients and broker partners. Matt is also responsible for building strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with our Network Partners across MEA. 
Mel Jones 
Strategic Marketing Manager - Analytics, APAC, AIG

Mel has responsibility for leading all aspects of AIG’s Marketing Research & Analytics initiatives across APAC.  Working with Global Market Research & Analytics in New York, we support Multinational, Product and Client & Broker Engagement’s sales enablement efforts, integrated marketing campaigns, product development and new business strategies with analysis and insights into target markets and AIG’s relationships plus resulting sales outcomes and campaign ROI.
Simon Lim 
Multinational Network Partner Manager, Asia Pacific, AIG

Simon is responsible for and manages the relationships with all AIG Network Partners in Asia Pacific. 

He previously worked with Singapore Airlines where over last eight years he has fulfilled a series of customer service and business partnership management focused roles based in South Africa, Vietnam and Japan. 
Trent Cannings
Construction 'Centre of Excellence' Manager Asia Pacific, AIG

With over 13 years of underwriting experience with AIG, Trent is the Construction “Centre of Excellence” Leader for AIG Asia Pacific providing technical advice to underwriters throughout the region.

His principal focus has been on underwriting Large and Complex Risks. Working together with Engineering, Claims and Multinational Teams, he leads AIG’s efforts in finding insurance solutions to clients’ particular needs.
Vivian Chow
Regional Construction PI Manager, Asia Pacific, AIG

Vivian has over 20 years insurance and reinsurance experience in Financial Lines & Casualty Insurance, specializing in Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Prior to joining AIG, Vivian held key position at Swiss Reinsurance Company covering the Liability portfolio for North Asia and being the Construction liability ambassador for APAC leading the Liability and Financial Lines portfolio and initiatives to growth and success.

Andrew Han
Head of Marine, AIG China

With five years of international business experience prior to joining AIG, Andrew joined AIG in China in 2006 managing Marine underwriting, offering of Marine Cargo, Inland Marine and Marine Liabilities products to clients and brokers.
Claudia Xiao
Head of Multinational, AIG China

Claudia is Multinational Head for AIG China, and leads all aspects of Multinational business, consolidating the management and servicing of all multinational clients, whether produced in China or serviced locally on behalf of another AIG office.

Claudia joined AIG in 2005 and performed a range of roles in Operation and Systems, and AIG Multinational. In her recent role, she overcame significant resource and regulatory challenge and built a strong and well performing team in what is AIG’s largest “issuing office”.

Doris Yu has more than 18 years of experience in the insurance industry. 

Since joining AIG China in 2002, she has served a numbe rof roles including Casualty Underwriter, Branch General Manager, and Distribution Head.
Enoch Zhou
Head of Financial Lines,  AIG China

Enoch is in charge of the underwriting and management of Financial Lines business in AIG China. He has more than 14 years of underwriting experience in the insurance industry.  

After joining AIG China in 2004, Enoch has been focusing on the underwriting and promotion of Merger & Acquisition Insurance, PE/VC Insurance, Cyber Insurance, Directors & Officers Liability Insurance, Professional Indemnity and Kidnap & Ransom Insurance. Enoch led or participated in the underwriting, design and implementation of many major insurance programs in China. 
Heather Huang
AVP, Accident and Health, AIG China

Heather Huang is in charge of the A&H product line in AIG China. She has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. She worked at PICC international dept. at early career stage and joined AIG China in 2004. Since then, She has been focusing on the accident and health Insurance. She take lead in the key multinational corporate clients’ global insurance programs, leveraging AIG strong global networking and  deep understanding of the local regulatory, tax environment, and best practice in local market.
Jackie Su
Underwriter, Accident & Health, AIG China Beijing Branch

Jackie is in charge of the underwriting of Group Personal Insurance in AIG China. She has more than 16 years of experience in the insurance industry. 

After joining AIG China in 2016, she has been focusing on the Group Business Travel Insurance, Group Accident Insurance &Overseas Contractor’s Group Personal Accident. Jackie led or participated in the underwriting, design and implementation of many major insurance programs in China.
James Jan
VP, Head of Liabilities and Financial Lines, AIG China

James started his career as Casualty underwriter in May 2004 in AIG Taiwan Branch. He then joined AIG China in February 2010 as Profit Center Manager of Casualty; being on current position since 2017.
Jessie Xie
General Manager, AIG China Beijing Branch

Jessie Xie is the General Manager of AIG China Beijing Branch. Most recently, she was Deputy General Manager, in charge of distribution channel (Broker, Agency and Direct Sales) management of the branch, and coordinating local HR related issues.

Jessie joined AIG in 2005 and has served in a number of management roles at Shenzhen -then Beijing Branch. She has more than 22 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Leon Zang
Head of Greater China, Global Surety, AIG China

Leon started his surety career with AIG Shanghai in April 2004. Since joining AIG, he has made significant contributions to China surety industry, including securing surety credit for leading Chinese international contractors, underwriting, origination and production of large and complex surety risks associated with major infrastructure projects in North America and Latin America.
Luke Yuan
Asia Head of Middle Markets, Trade Credit and Head of Greater China, Trade Credit, AIG China

Luke Yuan joined AIG 2007 and has been serving credit lines for 12 consecutive years. He has developed and led AIG China Trade Credit from scratch to a large GPW portfolio, managed the book to be ahead of all AIG Asia operations from far behind and contribute annual GAAP profit; Build and lead a strong team (highest average production per underwriter) in the market for consecutive 12 years with comprehensive technical skill sets combining all functions including underwriting, risk analysis and marketing as key differentiation from the competitors.
Reed Wang
Manager, Client and Broker Engagement, AIG China Beijing Branch

Reed joined AIG in 2016 serving as Client and Broker Engagement Manager for AIG China Beijing Branch, responsible for broker channel of northern China, reinsurance cooperation and  maintainance and development of major client. 
Sharon Lin
Head of Claims, AIG China

Sharon is in charge of claims in AIG China. She also serves as a major loss person to supervise and provide technical support for Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea. She joined AIG China in 2008 and has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry.

She is master of all lines of claims and used to be the reinsurance steering committee member to lead the largest fire claims in China. 
Shelley Fang
VP, AIG China

Shelley Fang has been in insurance industry for over 23 years serving to AIG Insurance Co. China Ltd. since 1996.  She had taken management positions in various functions in AIG China, consecutively being responsible for Underwriting, Customer Service Group, Commercial Lines, Reinsurance, MAS and Branch management.

She used to be the AIG China head of Underwriting in Oil and Gas, Utility and Construction. During her tenure as the head of Energy Underwriting, she was the leading underwriter in many of the China Oil and Gas, Nuclear and Construction Programs.
Sophie Liang
Head of Property, Energy and Engineering Risk, AIG China

Sophie is in charge of property, Energy and Engineering Underwriting department in AIG China. She has 17 years of experience in the insurance industry since joining AIG China in Y2002 as Management Associate. Through the years at AIG, she has held various position in Energy department from underwriter to China head and  led China Property, Energy and Engineering Risk department since Y2013. 

Prior to joining the company, she has been working in the real estate and construction industry for 7 years.
Vanessa Wang
Underwriting Manager, Liabilities, AIG China Beijing Branch

Vanessa Joined AIG China in 2012 and graduated from AIG Professional Associate Underwriting Program with training in New York Head Office and AIG China Head Office Shanghai.

She is Underwriting Manager of Liabilities Department of AIG Beijing now, with 7 years of experience in the insurance industry. She has been focusing on the Commercial General Liability Insurance, Employer’s Liability Insurance, Products Liability Insurance, especially good at Energy/Construction Liability Insurance. She led or participated in many  Oil  & Gas Enterprises and domestic/overseas large-scale construction projects liability insurance programs with rich experience.
Vivien Liang

Currently an underwriter of Financial Lines of Beijing Branch in AIG China, Vivien Liang has more than 10 years of experience in the insurance industry.

After joining AIG China in 2008, Vivien Liang served as Supervisor of Customer Service, Underwriter of Financial Lines, successively. She has been focusing on D&O Insurance, Professional Indemnity Insurance, K&R Insurance.
Wang Ying

Wang Ying is in charge of the global property underwriting department in AIG China Beijing Branch. He has more than 14 years of experience in the insurance industry. 

After joining AIG China Beijing Branch in 2015, Wang Ying served as Global Property Underwriting Manager. He has been focusing on the construction and energy Insurance and related business development. Wang Ying has also led or participated in many major SOE’s overseas and domestic  insurance programs.
